Information for International Students
Funding options available to international students from Wheelock College are limited to scholarships and graduate assistantships. Since international students are ineligible for U.S. Government loans, they need not submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). To be eligible for graduate financial assistance consideration, the applicant must be admitted to a degree program within Wheelock College on or before the appropriate scholarship or graduate assistantship application deadline
International students may also be eligible for loans issued through private lenders with an appropriate co-signer. For information on these options please contact the Office of Financial Aid. They will be able to provide contact information for private lenders.
In addition to any forms submitted in application for financial assistance, international students must provide financial verification documentation to meet I-20 requirements for College. Failure to submit these documents will make the student ineligible to be considered for an I-20 which is required in the student visa process.
