Undergraduate Admissions

Wheelock College is the place for students who want to change their world and improve the lives of children and families through their careers as leaders, advocates and professionals. We are the premier institution for those seeking an undergraduate education in Education, Social Work, Juvenile Justice, Liberal Arts or Child Life. At Wheelock, we value the importance of an intimate learning community where students are challenged and supported by faculty members who are practitioners in their fields and who are committed to teaching, learning, and mentoring. Starting their first year, Wheelock students participate in field placements in more than 195 schools, hospitals, community agencies and programs in the Boston area.

Wheelock has an undergraduate student population of 700 men and women. Located in the vibrant college city of Boston, Wheelock’s location gives students access to area museums, restaurants, theaters and more.

Wheelock is also a member of the Colleges of the Fenway. This collaboration of six neighboring colleges will allow you to take advantage of cross registration, intramural sports and student activities that are shared among the campuses and student bodies.

We are committed to making a Wheelock education affordable to all students. Please visit our Financial Aid Page for more information on paying for college.
