Alumni Reunion 2008!
Thank you to everyone who came back and celebrated with us!
Reunion Weekend was an exceptional time back on campus for the classes of 3s and 8s. We had over 250 alumni back on campus this year! A record attendance in recent history!
The Reunion classes spanned more than 70 years, from 1938 to 2011, from the senior alumna to the student helpers. From the Luncheon in the Alumni Room on Friday with to the Boston Pops Concert and post Pops Dessert Reception, our Reunion Weekend kick-off events were well attended on Friday.
Saturday brought more fun and memories during the Class Meetings, Annual Procession and State of the College and Awards Presentation followed by the Annual Alumni Luncheon, a duck tour and a trip to the MFA with a special tour led by Alumna Maddi Cormier ’66. Alumni and guests were entertained with a Reunion slide show of both current campus photos and reminiscent photos of their classmates. It was great to see those familiar faces!
It was an honor to have Betty Quick Collin from the Class of 1938, and her family, join us from Oregon. Betty received a gift for being the most senior alumna present, celebrating her 70th Reunion from Wheelock College!
Congratulations to all and we look forward to seeing you at your next Reunion in 2013!
