Dr. Tiziana Filippini is Pedagogical Coordinator and Director of the Documentation and Educational Research Centre of the infant toddler centres and preschools of the Instituzione in Reggio Emilia. In her third visit, Dr. Filippini will once again bring to Wheelock College her in-depth knowledge of the role documentation plays in understanding the processes of learning for children and adults, and the ways that documentation can be used to bridge society’s view of children as competent learners. Dr. Filippini will give a public presentation on Tuesday, June 17 from 4 pm to 6pm in the Board Room on the Brookline campus (43 Hawes Street) sponsored by The Center for Scholarship and Research. A reception will follow after her talk so that you can visit with Dr. Filippini and colleagues.
